Louie replaced the parts in no time. I had lived in a house for several years and the plumbing was old. "Vinnie came to give me an estimate to remove and replace the fluidmaster and flapper in my master bedroom's bathroom toilet. He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. I decided to make an appointment with him for the repair, but he advised me that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and, since he was already here, why not do it now? I didn't hesitate to agree and I don't regret my decision. Although Vinnie is a young man, he approached the job with an old world work ethic . He completed the job in practically no time, had everything he needed, and when he ran into an unexpected snag, had those parts too. When Vinnie entered my home today for the first time, he stated that he wanted to become my plumber, the plumber I will call in the future for all my plumbing problems. "I called them because my roomate was complaining of a backup in the sink and the tub.  Since he was complaining of these at the same time I assumed it was an issue with the pipe going to the cesspool as I've had an issue with it before (and yes, I used the same company both times).  When they showed up, they looked at the issue and determined it wasn't a problem with the pipe and actually helped me discover and fix the problem (the stopper in the tub had fallen into the drain and blocked water flow).  They even gave me some tips for the sink.  This was a great example of a company going the extra mile to help me solve a problem even though it was outside their area of responsibility.  Very happy with them, will use them again if needed.
