"Andrew and his team have been fantastic from the first time we made contact. We reached out when we got water in our basement - Andrew came out the next day and gave us a quote, he explained the issue, how to stop the issue and gave us some options. We liked his honestly and went with KC foundation repair and excavation for our job. It took us some time to get the money together, but once we did they were able to come out and do the repair 2 weeks later. The guys were all kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They explained everything going on and answered all questions. The work was done quickly and we don't have water in the basement anymore. They put piers in under our front stoop, installed carbon fiber straps, installed dimple board and drain tile, installed an additional sump pump, and filled a huge crack in our basement wall. This is a great company - Andrew and his team are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done."

"Thrasher did a great job. The foreman was knowledgeable and he explained what was going to be done. We were allowed to watch the process. They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

I was very happy with the initial work they did for me in 2012, including my lowered utility bills that I had them back our in the past few months to complete some additional insulation work in my crawl space that I did not have completed in 2012. Their crews were professional and courteous both times and I am very happy with the resulting energy savings and increased comfort."
