"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

"Went well. I thought that I might need a new trap or elbow since water was leaking. As it turned out, it was the sprayer that was leaking and not the elbow. The tech did not try to oversell me all new plumbing and I appreciate that."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Nice job. Very, very satisfied. Had used company before to replace well tank in basement. This after my well pump went a few years before. Thought well tank a bit pricey at the time. But excellent responsiveness and service. Found Olf Faithful here on Angie's list, as plumber did not do well tanks. This time Joe came when pump stopped working. It was replaced a few years back by my plumber, so was surprised it stopped working after a short time. Plumber told me he would be a lot cheaper than well service companies. So Joe pulled up the pump, and told me that the pump was fine!! I think we were both very surprised. The plumber didn't tie down the electric cable appropriately, so it frayed, then finally broke off, resulting in lost power to the pump. I wouldn't have had a clue if I was told the pump needed replacement, so while it cost me to have the cable replaced, it would have cost more with both new cable and pump. So am grateful for company's honesty. The old saying goes here. In the end, had I knew of Old Faithful to install the pump properly, I "might" have paid more initially. But would have never needed a follow-up repair. That old saying rings true. You get what you pay for!!! Very satisfied with professionalism as well as honesty of this company. Would highly recommend."
