"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Brandon was prompt, efficient, and straightforward with his service and advice. He quickly fixed the issue and cleaned up the area in question after. He spent time after to tell us the source of the problem and recommended both short and long term solutions to the problem, should they arise again. "Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"The installation took a little longer than the installer had anticipated because of a plumbing problem on our end. But he got the issue resolved, and still got the shower installed in one day, and so far we absolutely love it."
