"I have not used this company before and have had no prior involvement with them. Based on their prior excellent reviews, I called them with my problem at approximately 10:00 AM. They had a serviceman "Paul" at my house by I:00 PM. He diagnosed the problem and he quoted a price immediately. We agreed on the price. He told me that we would do it the next day. He arrived with a helper "Tyler"on time with everything he needed to do the repair. Both Paul and Tyler were extremely professional and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat."

I have had many power washes on my home, but the one they did was best by far and I will use them for many other projects. "Carl was very trustworthy, upfront, and knowledgeable about our plumbing situation. We had a problem when the washing machine would drain it would drain right into the kitchen sink and bubble up and overflow with dirty washing machine water. He snaked it all the way to the main drain and even came back the next day because we then discovered our toilet was defective and leaking from the bottom the next morning. He advised us to return it to Home Depot and didn't charge us for coming back and replacing it. Very honest man willing to come anytime day or night without charging extra. Reasonably priced and just a good guy not trying to scam homeowners like many plumbers do."

"Found Waterheaters.com on Home Advisor. Nate and Eddie came out after Nat Grid turned off the gas to the house due to gas leaks. They gave us an estimate about the work that had to be done (replace corroded pipes that were leaking, as well as a bad riser outside the house by the meter that was made of galvanized steel and was corroded as well as stuck through concrete.) The riser was replaced with the proper piping material and re-routed through the house into the basement. They then had to do a pressure test and isolate the main leak, which turned out to be galvanized pipe that went to our heated garage. That pipe was done 20 years ago by someone else and should never have been used, as I learned from Nate and Eddie that galvanized pipe corrodes. It lasted 20 years but it was the main issue so they had to disconnect it from the system and cap it off. Nate and Eddie told us that our options to get heat to the garage are to use the proper piping (and showed us how they would do that without having to dig up our patio and lawn) and also mentioned going with Propane and getting a conversion kit for the existing Modine heaters in the garage. They also repaired all the leaks (there were many) by replacing the piping in the basement that goes from the furnace, stove and hot water heater. They were very professional, courteous, on time, and clean. Great work ethic. They took the time to explain things to us and they got the job done in a timely fashion. The cost was not bad. I was expecting to pay much more. I had 4 estimates - 2 lower and one much higher. At the end of the day, I felt that they were the best for this job as they impressed me with their knowledge and expertise. They also didn't give me a 10 minute estimate but were here for a good 40 minutes during the estimate. I had a good vibe about them from the get go when I spoke to Harvey. He also was very courteous and professional on the phone and while I had 3 prior estimates, no one really stood out the way Harvey did and that was on the phone. After Harvey sent Nate and Eddie for the estimate, I knew I wanted to hire them for this job. I will say that I was quoted 875.00 by one company, 1000.00 for another and 1900.00 by another company. The cost from Waterheaters.com was 1200.00. I say this because it wasn't just about getting the "lowest" cost. We obviously didn't take the lower ones. It was more about feeling that the job would be done right. That was the feeling I had from the beginning and it proved to be spot on. Thank you, Nate and Eddie, for providing excellent service. They were prompt and did a great job from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WATERHEATERS.COM to anyone who needs this kind of service."
