"The bad luck was our hot water heater failing in the dead of winter, my good luck was finding Robert Johnson on this app. I called the number given and Ribert answered personally. After he answered all of my questions regarding brand and fair pricing and longevity; he then responded to our home on short notice to begin work installing the new HWH immediately. It has been a week and is performing very nicely for us so far. He also took the old one away. Robert assured us of free fix-it labor should we find any problem with the installation that he did, or should anything go wrong with the HWH itself in the first two years; he said none of his customers have ever had to call him back on that accord, so he must be doing a good job with the installs, and I'm sure this is the case.
A genuinely good guy who happens to be an expert in doing this work. Highly recommended. "
