"I can't say enough about the fantastic job Nafiz did for us. We had a gas leak in our fireplace valve and had to have the gas completely shut off to the house. We had 2 other plumbers out to fix it but both said they couldn't do it. I called Nafiz and he was out that day and knew exactly how to fix the leak. He stayed with us until SW Gas came to check the repair and turn the gas back on. Same visit he also discovered a mold problem we didn't know we had from a leaking toilet I had asked other plumbers to look at and they told me it was fine! I had gotten 8 estimates for a main sewer line repair where a tree root had pushed down on the pipe causing it to belly and also separate from the city sewer stub. Because of the possibility of the city having to be involved plus SRP because of an easement on our property the possibility of the job going into the tens of thousands was looming. "First to call after my request was made. I have an Amish electric fireplace that stopped working..Companies that I had called previously didn't want to even look at it. Bill and Sam were great. They were willing to come the very same day to assess whether they could repair it. Success! They took it apart, cleaned and oiled the inside mechanisms and got it back together and working just fine..I would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."
