"Robert Johnson Plumbing was excellent from beginning to end. Robert himself responded to my urgent Angi request within minutes on a Saturday, and they installed our new water heater Monday morning. His quote was less than half of what a large firm had quoted us. Robert took the time to explain our options rather than simply replacing our aging propane heater with the same thing. His recommendation led us to a hybrid electric water heater that is expected to reduce our yearly energy costs. Installation took about 3–4 hours with two plumbers and a contracted electrician. Everyone was helpful, respectful and professional, and they left the basement cleaner than they found it. They explained the new system and made sure I knew where to turn for future care and maintenance. Professional, kind and transparent throughout. I would absolutely recommend them."

"Will arrived first thing in the morning and thoroughly cleaned out my clogged kitchen pipe. The price quoted was the price charged. Completely cleaned the work area even though I told him not to worry, I would take care of it. I have some other projects that need repair/ installation. Sgt. Smith is now my'go to' plumber. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you for such timely efficient service."
