Very shortly after his arrival he had assessed the problem, explained it to me and gave me a reasonable price for repair before he began. I thought I may have needed to replace my garbage disposal, however, Rick assured me that was not the problem, saving me more money. There was no mess left behind. He was quiet pleasant and masked. "Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"
