"I got estimates from three companies and Sal's was the most suitable for me, based on description of the work and price quoted. The work was performed with minimal disruption to us and maximal attention to details, clean, and thorough. However, several days later the leak possibly originating from the area of the work performed was noted, with some damage to the ceiling on the lower level. Sal responded immediately, identified the leak and concluded that, even though it was not origination from exact point of original repair, the repair itself might have caused disruption in the system that resulted in new problem.
