"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

He was meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. The kitchen designer, Pam, came up with a thoughtful design that really took my family and our way of using the space into account. She sometimes took a while to get back to me with questions, but overall she did a great job. The electrician, plumbers, tile installers, painters, and countertop installers were all competent, courteous, and professional. I am very happy.
