I called Plumbline, as they came referred from a friend. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes; it was just a toilet paper clog. It would have been very easy for them to have said it was something more serious, and I know there are companies that do things like this. But Plumbline did only what the job required and Dave was very pleasant to work with. We used a more 'publicized' company right when we moved here, because we didn't know better, to swap out some faucets and toilets...come to find out, they charged double what Plumbline charges for the same work.
