"In January 2025, Cincinnati got 10+ inches of snow and, the temperature dropped and stayed in the single digits for weeks. A pipe froze and burst in our garage and we were forced to call a plumber. Brandon of G3 Plumbing promptly responded to our referred, emergency call. He fit us into his busy schedule and provided reasonable options for repairs. He was approachable, honest, professional, straight-forward, reasonably priced, and he cleaned up afterward! It was a relief to find someone who didn't try to take advantage of our situation, showed up on time and worked quickly. G3 is now the only plumber we'll use and refer to others with confidence. These are rare qualities when one must hire service providers in today's society of bad actors. Brandon has skills and integrity!"

"I think Archer Plumbing Company Inc is pricey."

"My sump pump stopped working. Rob called me back and was so very helpful. He sent a guy over the next day even though they were booked solid. He looked at the radar and it was supposed to rain and he said he couldn t let that happen with my sump pump not working. The service was completed and it was done with such professionalism!! I ll definitely be calling them for any plumbing service I need!!"

"Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs. He also noticed that our pressure relief tank, for the hot water heater, was hanging low and had water inside it. It needed to be replaced and he was able to do that job too. Highly recommend!"

"Fast, professional and reliable team that made sure my family was taken care of when our water heater decided to quit in the middle of the winter. The team memeber that did the install was highly knowledgeable and gave us several options and didn't feel like he was just trying to take advantage of us. Will definitely be recommending maximum plumbing to my friends and family for their plumbing needs in the future"

"Joseph Steffen did a excellent job fixing my plumbing problem. I highly recommend him for anybody having a plumbing issue. ."

"Not that anyone ever relishes the thought of needing a plumber, but my first experience using Topshell convinced me that it is the only company I will even consider calling when a future plumbing need arises. Price for the immediate problem was extremely reasonable and Noah went far beyond the call of duty In assisting on a secondary issue at no additional charge. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient in explaining things until they were completely understood, and meticulous about caring for my home. A truly unbelievable experience. Highly recommend this company. First time in my life I have ever tipped a plumber!"
