"Edward was very helpful and professional. He made sure we got the unit we needed for our water usage and that would
fit the way the previous heater was installed.
The reason I am writing this today is that we already had a part fail. Disappointing since the previous unit did not need to
be serviced until it failed at 16 years old. However, Edward was at my house within a few hours of my call on a Monday morning to check it out. He found the failed part and called the manufacturer to ship the needed replacement part. Luckily still under warranty. He even negotiated free shipping for the part since it was barely a year old.
I will always call Edward for our serious plumbing needs. He also installed a few fixtures for us last year during a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I am always pleased with is work. He always takes the time to explain the problem and answer any questions I have for him."

I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good!
