I was impressed by his presentation, his professionalism and the thing that really sold me was the lifetime guarantee. I had done my homework on this company before contacting them but he really sealed the deal! It will be at least six more weeks before they can come out, but it will be done before our Michigan winter kicks into high gear and I am confident that the roof being installed is the highest quality material being installed by professionals."

"This company is highly focused on customer satisfaction. They have impressive printed material, the salesman spent lots of time with us explaining the problem, the solutions he offered, the costs, and all with no high pressure. The salesman and all of the workers could not have been more pleasant to deal with. They were polite, answered all of our questions, and never said a foul word in all the time they were here. We could not believe the extent that they went to to keep our house clean. They set up, did the job inside and outside, tore down and cleaned up in five hours. They offer a lifetime warranty on the job; the other company that we almost chose only offered ten years. Their interior solution made more sense than the outside piping that we had considered, and the overall cost was about a third of what we had almost decided on from another company, and with no hidden costs."
