"We are not rating this company, as they did not do any work for us. There was a misunderstanding and it turns out they only do plumbing work and we had a problem with our hot water heater. We did still have to pay a $95 call out fee."

From the very first contact—which was prompt, I found Tony to be clear, knowledgeable, prompt and timely, staying to the schedule we agreed, knowing how to do all parts of the job or getting help as needed. He was fast and neat, reliable, able to step in and cope if I was not sure of some detail. When at the end we needed one more thing done, he sent a worker, without charge, to get the job done and—when asked, that worker managed one other trouble spot in the household plumbing as well. "We just completed a total remodel of our pantry, kitchen and master bathroom. We also had them re-do all of the siding and installed new doors and windows. They also refinished all of the hard wood floors in the house and everything is gorgeous! We reviewed 3 companies and are so happy we picked these guys!! We almost didn't because they are based out of Sacramento and we live in Scotts Valley. Mark had the fellas stay in a hotel close to here so I didn't even notice any difference! They had the knowledge to guide us to get exactly what we wanted! The workers were very friendly and a joy to work with. We are so happy with what they did we are already are in the works to have them remodel a second bathroom in our home! I highly recommend this company. Mark has an excellent skilled crew and everything went very smoothly!"
