"West Shore Home was contracted to do a bathroom remodel from a jet run to an accessible walk-in shower. We worked with Kennedy on the design and the installation team made the design come to life. It was a two day project and well worth the wait. Special thanks to Kyle, Matt and Shane for a wonderful job transforming the bathroom. "Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
