"First, I want to say that TMI seems to have grown professionally since I last dealt with them in 2012.  I'm just getting started using Angie's List and so posted a review from my past work which wasn't favorable to them for the bad service I received at the time.

However, after speaking to them they did a great job of making it right by even reimbursing me (3 years later!) for the overcharges, sent me an apology letter, and apologized profusely over the phone.  While I previously would have never done business with them again, I think we'll give them another try in the future in our next bids for work on our rental properties.

Thank you TMI for being professional, following up on even an old issue, and for making it right.  It means a lot to the wife and I.

My bathtub had a leak where the faucet is and so I removed it. However, there was some kind of nut inside the wall that I couldn't get off easily and so I thought I should call a plumber to do it so that I don't brake it. | |The plumber came in, didn't smile or put booties on, looked at it... took out a pretty large pipe, twisted it off, and replaced the new faucet with one I already bought. | |Took him literally 15 minutes or less. Know how much he charged me for such a simple job? $300. That guy just made $20 a MINUTE or $1200 an HOUR from me. | |I complained to the company and all they said is, "It costs what it costs" and refused to refund me any part of the costs. | |I will NEVER do business with TMI, Inc. ever again. |I've spoken to at least 2 former employees of theirs who now work for other local plumbers (that I do trust) and they said TMI was terrible to their customers and very shady. | |AVOID THEM AT ALL COST - RUN!"
