"Love Haines Drains Plumbing!!! They answered the phone, didn't let it go to voicemail😊👍. They were able to come out the same. wow! Excellent technicians gave an estimate, explained everything. Highly recommend them."

"Randal C. Was our electrical technician. He was phenomenal and delivered hands down the best customer service we've ever had with contract work in general. He was patient while multiple questions were asked and deliivered his answers in terms that were easy to understand. Service professor has a real rockstar on their hands with this guy. It took a couple days to get the entire service completed but it was done right and with quality service. Also, every interaction on the phone with dispatch and customer service was top notch! From scheduling to completion! We will definitely be using this company for futue work. We also purchased the MVP program. Seems like a good deal for maintanence & service for electrical, plumbing, sewer, HVAC at discounted rates. Thank you Randal at Service Professor. We will be requesting you for future work. "The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"I could not be happier with my ReBath experience. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to send a salesman out the very next day. Adam was one of the friendliest salesman we've ever dealt with. He was extremely polite and genuine (the salesman from Bath-Fitters was pushy and smelled like cigarettes and alcohol - not professional at all). We ended up replacing our bathtub, wall surrounds, and fixture valves for around $4600. Every other contractor wanted over $10,000!! Our installer Ryan did an amazing job. He was even 15 minutes early! Ryan walked us through the entire installation process and made sure to answer all of our questions. Our bathroom has never looked better. Thanks!"

"H was not able to diagnose problem. I’m all fairness, I had already replaced the water pump and the checked that there was no obstruction in the hose from the machine to the drainage pipe. There were problems with credit card transaction. Staff was very courteous and responsive."
