"George completely remodeled our two bathrooms. Our basement bathroom was only a half bath and he made it into a full bathroom by installing a shower and even created a linen closet by our request. He also installed a new sink, toilet, flooring, all new drywall and pipes. He did a beautiful job with creating and designing in a such a small space. Our upstairs bathroom was a full bath and he installed a new bathtub, sink, pipes, drywall, toilet, and flooring. Both bathrooms he also created a vent fan in the ceiling for air circulation. "I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Arslan had to search to find the cause of the leak, which he did locate; it was at the shut-off valve. H purchased the valve and installed it. No more leaks. I also called him about a gas pipe issue for a new stove. He said there was no problem with the gas pipe. He said if the installer still had a problem installing the new stove to call him and he would come back and install the new stove. I have used Arslan before to install a water filtration system under my kitchen sink and he did an excellent job. I would gladly recommend him and use him in the future."

"My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. And even though Dynamic Plumbing but forth every effort to help for something that was resolved differently they were happy with the outcome and not at all upset that there wasn't a bill for me to pay. He let me know upfront what he was going to do and kept me in the loop, showing me the issues and explaining what needed to be done to fix them. He was friendly, got the work done in the time given in the estimate and cleaned up after himself. He even took his boots off before walking on my light colored carpet. I had gotten another estimate from a well known company, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the gentleman who came out for the estimate. He barely looked at what I needed done and then wrote an estimate that was well over twice what Fox Valley quoted. "We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience!
