I have worked with many contractors over the years, in my professional career as well as in my private life, and I would put WaterWork Plumbing up as one of the best. Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. Right after Kenny left, I immediately called his company and asked to speak to the owner, and I shared with him what an exemplary employee Kenny was and how grateful I was to have found their company. "Everything was great! I received a call shortly before his arrival and when he came, he was very polite. Looked at the faucet to determine the issue and began locating the part he needed to replace (cartridge), he immediately got in touch with his supplier and in less than 30 min. he was able to get the part and get to work. A simple note on the value of integrity... I was initially quoted a price that was $8.00 more than what I paid. But because the part he purchased was cheaper by $8, he passed off the savings to me as well. He could have simply stayed silent, pocketed that 8 dollars and I would have been none the wiser. (And probably would have still written a positive review.) There aren't a lot of people who would pass that saving on to their customer. I look back at that and am happy that Affordable Heating Cooling & Plumbing to take care of my leaky faucet. Im happy to say, found my new plumber and heating and cooling guy, I will be giving him my business in the future."
