"EXCELLENT! Everyone, everyone--the office staff, the estimator, the team of two plumbers, the electrician--were friendly, professional, courteous, on time, and took the time to thoroughly explain or answer all my questions. They called when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They cleaned the work area when they finished. They are now THE ONLY plumbing, heating and cooling firm I will ever use."

"Michael was at my home within 40 minutes. He was quick, efficient and proficient in his job. He took care of my problem within 20 minutes and was very respectful to not leave a mess. I called other plumbers that wanted to charge me 4 to 5 times more than what I was charged! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again should there be need."

"Prompt courteous service. Plumber arrived when he said."

"Mike Jr was very willing to work with me to help keep the cost down. That was greatly appreciated as my income is Social Security and I couldn't afford the cost the big Box store install plumber quoted me for this job. Mike Sr and his helper did an excellent job of installing the new Water Heater and at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again if future plumbing work is needed."

With several years of experience in designing, installing, and servicing water treatment systems, we work hard to bring each customer the best possible service and quality available. We look forward to working with you on your next project. We welcome your questions and thank you for your interest.

"Excellent service. Arrived on time, made the repair and answered all my ? professionally. Will recommend to anyone interested in plumbing repairs."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"The crew that worked on this remodel, led by Alejandro, were prompt in arriving, patient with our questions, and very responsive to our requests. They were very skilled and thorough, and completely changed our home for the better. I highly recommend this company, since it provides full services, such that plumbing and electrical are available from within the organization, as opposed to waiting for subcontractors to respond."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."
