The work commenced on April 27, 2015 and the final inspection was completed on September 8, 2015 ( 20 weeks). When the original walls were removed in the kitchen and bath unforeseen plumbing issues were found. The issues resulted in additional charges to the plumbing labor and material cost and delayed inspections. This also extended the completion date.
