"Jimmy called within 5 minutes of me requesting a quote. He came the following day and replaced my electric water heater. He was very professional and easy to work with. He used drop cloths to protect my home. I talked to him around 7 pm and had a new water heater installed by 2 pm the following day with great service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be referring anybody needing a plumber to Papa's Plumbing."

"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He reassured me from the start, and took control of the situation with the utmost professionalism and clear communication. His work was impeccable, and he even insisted on cleaning up. I heartily recommend him, not only for water heater issues, but for any indoor plumbing need. He will certainly be my plumber from now on."

"The installers were very courteous and professional. It wasnâ t completed in one day because they found a drain issue that they wanted the plumbing inspector to address before completing the installation. The project turned out perfect and was a dream come true. Thank you Kyle, Justin, Darrell, and the plumbing inspector for a job well done."

"We had a great experience with 5 Star Bath Solutions updating our bathroom, and the before-and-after difference is incredible! From the beginning, the sales team was great to work with, and the installation team was absolutely amazing. We did hit a few hiccups along the way, as can happen with any renovation, but what really stood out was how much everyone genuinely cared. They listened to our concerns, communicated with us, and made a real effort to help get everything taken care of. You can tell customer satisfaction matters to this team. We’re very happy with how the bathroom turned out and really appreciate everyone who helped bring it together. Definitely an experience and a transformation we’re excited to enjoy!"

"The installers showed up when arranged to replace our worn out tub with a walk-in shower. Techs had a plumbing issue they could not fix, lead tech Cody was on the phone getting a master plumber to fix the problem. Tech's Cody and Tracy worked well together like clockwork. Finished in one day even with the plumbing problem . Shower looks awesome."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"I had the tub/shower combination removed & replaced with a new acrylic shower, new plumbing fixtures and glass doors. The work performed was suburb! My new shower is beautiful and I love it!"
