He did a full check on both the pipes and the dishwater and was able to diagnose that it was the dishwasher not the plumbing. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the issues in detail. "I recommend In & Out because they installed a new water heater the same day I called them -- this is key, of course; nobody wants to be without hot water for any length of time. However, the price was a gouge. The fact that many plumbers are charging ridiculously high prices for their services and especially water heaters smacks of price fixing and collusion. The plumbers were polite and seem to have done a good job as there have been no leaks or failures so far (10 days)."
