While fixing my outdoor broken main pipe Mr Rooter tech discovered a break in my natural gas line and promptly called city utilities to fix problem even staying to show city workers where leak located on Mr. Rooter camera. This was on a federal holiday too. I had smelled gas leaks for several months prior and so had my next door neighbor. We both called the city utilities several times to report gas smell and nothing was done to fix problem by city workers.. But when city workers saw camera pictures they couldn't argue and fixed gas leak. Mr. Rooter tech went beyond what would be expected of a plumber."
