"He was there the next day after requesting service and finished it up quickly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. I already had purchased the pumps and backup battery, so the price I'm showing is only for the labor to remove old pump, install new one, and the miscellaneous parts he provided."

"Great job! Robert C provided great customer service, and fixed my plumbing issues."

"Other plumbers too busy because of cold weather. HGFI showed up in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem efficiently and professionally."

"Excellent job easy in/out. Cleaned up. Professional courtesy and pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend James the Plumber"

"I had an unexpected plumbing problem with my bathtub faucet freezing after our areaâ s recent severe weather and below zero temperatures. I had to completely turn off my whole house water main until I could find a plumber to fix it. But who would help me on Christmas Day? Amazingly I got a call from the owner, Mike, who accurately diagnosed my problem over the phone, and advised me on how I could deal with the issue until stores opened the next day. He also arranged for his knowledgeable, skilled and professional plumbers to completely replace and repair the old damaged fixtures and pipes. And he was able to advise me on how I might avoid similar problems in the future as well! I could not recommend United Plumbing more highly. 100 stars wouldnâ t be enough!"

"Overall an experience of stellar customer service. From the consultant Jeremy, to his manager John, the installers Ethan W., Jake G., and Tristan P., and the plumber who made some small adjustments the day after installation, kudos all around. We had an immediate health-related need for a walk-in shower. All the West Shore associates worked together to quickly get the job done for us. The installers were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The shower is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks very high-end. I would also like to commend the folks that answer the customer support line. I called and decided not to leave a message, and they called me back to check with me immediately. I was on the line with John, the manager who was very helpful and scheduled a plumber to come to the house the next day. It was quite a comforting feeling to get a return call at the same time John was taking excellent care with followup on with our installation. West Shore delivered on their 100% satisfaction guaranteed for certain."

"We got a quote from EverDry soon after moving into the house. We found out that the previous owners had not disclosed the water damage in the basement. Everytime it rained, you could see the water dripping down the walls, and when it poured, there were puddles on the floor. We contacted EverDry and their very professional salesman came out. They gave us a fair price and we signed the paperwork to get the job started. They helped explain what we were getting and how it worked. They were flexible with financing terms and took away costs for paying early too. They also helped provide some paperwork to the lawyer we were talking to about the water damage that wasn't shared from previous ownership. Construction happened pretty quickly and overall, we are satisfied with the work. We haven't seen any water intrusion since they came out. We are about to hit up the one-year mark and have a check-up booked."
