"It was excellent. We had an emergency over the weekend and he came on Sunday. This is the second time I hired him. His work is very neat and he cleans up after the job. He is a very nice guy and pleasant to deal with. His work is the best I've seen and I've been using plumbers in this area for some time. His ability with plumbing is excellent."

"Lazer took only 30 minutes to come to my place. The water pressure reducer was leaking. Most plumbers would probably have tried to charge me for a new valve. Instead, he quickly tightened a few screws on the assembly and fixed the problem without even charging me. He's earned my trust in NYC Plumbing, Heating, and Drain Cleaning and I look forward to working with him and the company in the future."

"The plumber contacted me right away and he was at my place with 1 hour. The water heater had to be repaired or replaced; He described the options I had and I opted to replace it. The estimate was very competitive and lower than other estimates I had received. Great customer service! Very efficient and very very honest (which is very hard to find now days). I would highly recommend MC Drain and Plumbing."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
