"Slower than expected; due to rain and storms. Normally a crew of 4 experienced painters showed up at 9 am and often stayed until 5:30 or 6 pm. They laid tarps everywhere and were respectful to our neighbors. Excellent detail and trim work. They stored all equipment and replaced deck furniture daily. Excellent crew. Quiet and efficient."

They keep to their timeframe, are fairly priced and the worker was respectful and paid attention to details. "Ray and the team did a great job on our project. Ray always replied promptly, was upfront on scheduling and completed the job as promised. Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stain stripping process and patiently worked with us to trial 4 stain colors before finding the perfect product for the re-staining work. The crew was careful not to cause unnecessary damage and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The stripping work was very labor intensive, but the crew stuck with it, and we are very happy with the finished product. Our log home is 'beautiful' again. "I used Exquisite Construction.  There were no additional costs.  They were here probably the third week of April, 2016.  I thought for what they did it was a little, I mean he was only there for 20 minutes.  I would probably not use them in the future.  The problem with it was it was for $99 of inspection and I don't think that they did a whole lot.  I didn't think for $99 they didn't check it out as thoroughly. "

Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.
