"Eugene was very punctual both for giving estimates and doing the job. He was very thorough putting down drop cloths in bedroom and in hallways. He was methodical with the job, starting with spackling and painting the trim and doors with 2 coats and cutting in around the trim, moldings, fixtures, etc. Second day he put one 2 coats on the walls and ceiling. He is a hard working man and does not need watching.  The job came out great and I would definitely use his services again.

"Jorge, Jorge Jr. and their crew are a VERY professional outfit. After taking several estimates from the top-rated Angie's listed contractors in my area, I decided to go with George's Painting based not only on price(his estimate was about the median of all) but based on the very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable Jorge. He came onsite to do the estimate, and made me feel very confident in his crew's ability to do the job.
He impressed me with his knowledge of the process of cleaning and staining fences and decks.  Every question I had for him, he patiently answered. His group also did some minor carpentry work--replacing damaged fence boards and 4x4 deck posts-- Both performed to perfection. Jorge also stood out by mentioning that he preferred to use premium products so the job would last.
His crew was onsite promptly when promised (8:30 meant 8:30, not sometime around 10) Each crew member was courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.
Any time I had to contact Jorge (as we were working on the final scope of work, etc..) he responded in a VERY timely manner.
The end product is the BEST looking back yard in my town-home area.

The Handyman showed up on time. He was nice and professional. He was not aware fixing the doors was part of the deal. His Company had confirmed  it would be taken care of. We had bought 6 hours of service. He did finish the repair of the Walls, however no sanding was done. He worked during the 6 hours and we have no complaint it took all of 6 hours. Asking Bill when he could come back to sand the Walls he told us that he had an open date on 2/16, however we could request somebody else. He told us to contact Angie's List buy more time for the sanding and fixing the doors. Somehow I do not think it should take some experienced person to sand the various areas 6 hours. I would have liked to have Bill return to finish the job so we can get on with the painting, however we cannot wait 25 days for that to happen. The furniture in the upstairs House have been moved so there is easy access to fix the Walls and do the painting afterwards. I believe the  Company needs to schedule a lot better. It took almost 20 days to get the a service date. Your deals do show a short period of time for the initial appt. however once you pay for the deal comes the realization that the actual service will take weeks. Pls. have the Company contact me with a better date for the sanding and the repair of the 2 doors. After that happens I will buy addl time.
