He tried to first help me over the phone and then came over on a Sunday morning with no hesitation. He knew what was wrong from our phone conversation and showed up with the replacement part. I had water within a 1/2 hour of him showing up. He could have charged me much more than he did considering it was a Sunday morning and I was in a jam.
