"Brian was both fast and efficient!  He arrived on time and got right to work. The old water heater was a little challenging to handle because it retained a lot of sedimentary buildup in the tank. However, this did not slow him down one bit. The new water heater was in very quickly. All the appropriate adjustments to the copper piping and valves were completed with care. Brian is a true professional I would highly recommend Highlander Plumbing in the future!

"A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. "We had a well pump and pressure tank replaced. They were very fair and nice to deal with. The only reason 4.5 vs. 5.0 is some delays after our initial scheduled date with a part. They rightfully took on an emergency no water job and bumped us but as we had some flexibility and not out of water. That was the proper priority and speaks to their caring for their clients. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."
