Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. The first visit by a new employee did not solve our problem. The owner personally came out a few days later, and fixed the problem at no further charge. The owner informed us he terminated the employee who had messed up three other jobs as well.
