My house was severely damaged from running water that was on for over two weeks.  The house absorbed over 90,000 gallons over three floors.  Scheduling an appointment with House Medic for an estimate was quick and easy.  House Medic was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough.  Although my insurance did not accept the estimate (and, hence, I did not hire them), the House Medic worker advised me that this exact scenario would happen considering the age of my house and the location.  I appreciated his straightforwardness.  I also appreciated the fact he took his time to look at all of the damage and to answer all of my questions before he left.  If this is how they do estimates, I would expect their work to be of the same high quality.
