When he contacted us we had already set up an appt with some one else but he took the time to give up tips of what we should expect from someone pumping your septic tank. He also said we could call him if we had any other questions. We took advantage of his offer and called him about the quote we had received. His advice was so good we declined the first offer because it was too expensive and set up an appt with Jeff.
