"Joe Park is an honest hard working man who explained everything and did a fantastic job on my well pump project."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"

"I used this company to replace my well pump and they exceeded my expectations. They are a family owned business and as soon as I called they came out within two hours and had it fixed that day with no issues. They were knowledge, and hard workers. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their well pump repaired or water treatment services done!"

"Anthony responded very quickly to my Angi request for price. He came out the next morning with the new pressure tank, gauge, valves, controller and had my system running like brand new in 3 hours. He even changed another part he said didn’t look too good. The price was fair. He is the guy from my next project."

"The company did everything they said they would do, on time, quick diagnoses, reasonably priced parts and labor. Very pleased with Longacre Company and won't hesitate to use them in the future."
