"I’d call Joe on a Sunday afternoon because my cesspool was filling up and almost overflowing because it wasn’t an emergency I knew I could wait a day or two more but I just wanted to get somebody on the phone to set up an appointment. Joe answered on a Sunday immediately and set me up for the next day service, he arrived on time was friendly, well presented and all around great person to work with! I highly recommend Joe for his knowledge and skill at what he does! I’ll definitely be recommending him to everybody who asked for a cesspool and septic tank need! "I thought they did a great job; they were very professional and courteous, if there was anything I did not like was that the initial job was to unclog the main sewer line, but could not do it, they still charged me $275, in the past I only paid from $75 - $150 when they unclogged the line, they charged so much money for not unclogging, I think they should have bypast that charge, I did pay $9500, to replace the main sewer line and trap, which I'm ok with."
