"We woke up to an alarm coming from our septic tank. We quickly had to find someone to do the job. And, luckily we found Bolan Plumping. Rick came out within a couple of hours and immediately asscessed the problem (pump was smoking.) After getting into the thick of it, he discovered that the job was bigger than anticipated. The pump was old and antiquated, poorly installed (we are relatively new home owners.) I have to say Rick was the right guy for the job. He had to re-engineer the installation of the new pump to get it to work properly. He stayed late until he got the job done. Although the job took more man hours than first expected, he kept to his original quote. I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him."
