"We got a phone call from a tenant in one of our duplexes, telling us a pipe had frozen and burst, flooding her of duplex as well as the one connected to it. The owner, Gary McKinney, was able to quickly locate the water line inside the wall. He has reasonable prices, a professional manner and lots of experience. We have used him twice since that day on, other rental properties, and are still very happy with his services. Rosana Ladik"

"Pulled toilet to access drain. Reset toilet after examining drain lines from basement to septic tank. Explained findings in detail, offered opinion and options for correcting situation including continued observation. I would not hesitate for a moment to use Mr Martin again or to recommend him to family or friends. Thanks for a great job and especially on a Sunday!

"Very good. I use them for my rental property as well. Very good. Reliable. Cost is very appropriate for the service."
