"Reached out last minute after the water was coming back into the house. Gave me a whole break down on the cost and availability options considering it was late and an emergency. Showed up in a timely manner and got straight to work on resolving my issues with my septic. Soto G also recommended me risers to make my future cleaning much easier and quick. Would recommend Soto G to anyone who is looking for great customer service, transparent communication & outstanding pricing! Don’t hesitate to give them a call or text! Life savers for my Monday night septic problems!"

"This company was timely in their arrival, professional and considerate. They pumped out my septic tank, didn’t leave a mess, (I do have a manhole so no digging was required), and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use them again and I will recommend them to friends and family."

"They did awesome work on my septic tank."

"These guys are the best. They had to dig for us- and were able to get to the pump, dig with as little mess as possible, and even while they had the job to do, helped uproot a tree so we could relocate it away from the septic."

"Discovered a hole in the yard near septic tank when it was time for the tank to be pumped. Bowen's pumped the septic tank and diagnosed a collapsed outlet pipe as the problem. I received a no-pressure quote for the repair. Bowen's returned about a week later and completed the repair. The price I was quoted, was the price paid. There were no surprise charges and the work was done quickly. Gabe and David arrived timely both times and were courteous and efficient."

"Did a great job. Well, I mean, they did a great job. I definitely was not completely, you know, like I said. It's working, the water's back on, the meters. I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be."

"They did a good job cleaning out our septic. I felt is was a bit of an overcharge of about additional $800 for powe washing out the line between the two tanks and the line into the drain field. I felt it was necessary so I approved it anyway. The rest of the service was great."
