"When Timothy arrived he surveyed the problem and capped the pipe. We were able to resume using our water immediately. He promptly returned the next morning and finished the job by cutting into the drywall and removing the old connection heads (which were practically immovable). He replaced the washer hookups, as well as the connection heads, and put in a new washer box. Timothy was very courteous, professional, and reliable. HIs workmanship was excellent. Rooter companies who came out and  unclogged the drains  but that did not last long.  Bob & Marc's sent out a rep the same day and explained what the problem was, gave us a price and then followed through and completed the work. Pipes were relined and replaced with little disturbance to our landscaping. All work was completed within the quoted time period. The staff was professional and quite pleasant to work with.
