"Very satisfied with their work in repairs to my septic system"

"From first contact I found the office to be professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. The prompt on time appearance of Joe for the estimate, the estimate itself, and the very polite men, Eric and Dylan who came to do the work were great. The job was done cleanly and in a timely manner and Eric made sure to show me and explain everything I needed to know about the system, including letting me know if I had an issue down the line, they are but a phone call away. I highly recommend Old Faithful Plumbing and I can say without hesitation, if I need any other plumbing work done from here on out, they are who I will call, Thank you, Joanne, Ashley, Joe, Eric and Dylan for such a stress-free experience."

"Our pump died on a Friday evening and the next day two guys from Kappus came and got under way. By the next day we had our water again."

"Couldn't be happier with the service we've been receiving from Great Bear Septic over the years. They are professional, take the time to answer our questions, and are unfailingly cheerful. They are a pleasure to work with. When we first purchased our home ten years ago, we had Earthcare take a look at our system. They tried to talk us into a $20,000+ replacement of our system. Something didn't seem quite right, so on the recommendation of friends, we reached out to Great Bear. Ten years later, with regular pumping from Great Bear, system still works great. In addition to all their other fine qualities, the team at Great Bear is trustworthy! Could not ask for more."

"I was very pleases the work that was done which was changing all the fixtures in the main bathroom. Nate did a great job and the price was very fair."

"Pumped out septic tank. Everything from scheduling to the actual pumping went well. The driver/worker was very knowledgeable about keeping a healthy supply of bacteria and enzymes in the tank."

"Appointment made quickly, arrived on time, work done quickly. Made sure I was happy with the work.. Well done"

"Tim and his workers did an AMAZING job on replacing a distribution box to our septic tank. Itâ  s not always easy finding honest companies that do good work but my husband and I would recommend Tim McKinney Septic for any problems you have for an affordable price from an honest company."

"Had an oil to lp gas conversion. Needed to replace the boiler, existing hot water tank and remove the oil tank. Joe's Plumbing gave a great price, neat work, honest and easy to work with. The materials were high quality and they finished a head of schedule."
