"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. "Came within an hour of my call. Thorough quote. Came to do the work at the appointed time. Needed a hot water heater replaced that was not even made anymore. This company actually had a replacement. The work done was clean and very professional. ONLY drawback was price was a bit high. But i feel the offset of them removing the tank from the house and disposing of it was well worth it. Most companies leave that mess up to homeowner."
