Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Cortaro, AZ

"On time, did the job quickly. Was not expecting the 'additional fees' they quoted after arriving. Especially when they asked 'did the office tell you about ...?, which they did not. So, quote of $535 turned into $880 after the 'tank opening fee $75', the 'filter cleaning fee $65', the 'wash tank fee $65' and 'extra water fee $140'. Pro tips 1) ask what the added charges will be 2) uncover the tanks yourself 3) spray down the solids tank (hose water) and 4) clean your own filter before contractors arrive, save yourself $345."

"Al berto Gonzales was the plumber on site who has the experience and customer service we all desire. He knows his business, took time to explain the issue and solution to prevent reoccurrence ."

"Manny and Danny were so kind, knowledgeable, and offered us several options to replace our hot water heater. We only had to wait one day from original inspection to the installation of our new tank!! I wish I could give them higher scores, as they truly went above and beyond throughout the tank replacement. We feel lucky that we found this company, and this is the second time that we have required their services. Our first issue ironically, was a week before, as we needed our kitchen sink unclogged. As soon as our hot water heater died, after approximately 11 years of use., we didnâ t hesitate, and phoned Temperature Control Plumbing! The phone technicians, team members , and the plumbers were extraordinary, and I highly recommend Temperature Control Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! Thank you!!"

"I believe he was fair and did everything he was told to do or asked to do and he went over and above so I was very nice. He was always keep in contact with me and I will show photos when I get a second. Yes I would recommend him. He did a septic tank remove and install. I can?t show pictures because they say they?re too large so I can?t do nothing about that but yes I would. I would highly recommend Robert."

"I highly recommend RPM Plumbing & Mech. We asked that our shower control move to the opposite side of the shower remodel and install all new fixtures. Brady did a great job and when the tile sub contractor asked for a change to the routing of the plumbing he responded immediately ensuring no delays. Truly professional and paid attention to details all the way to the end of the project. We love the remodel!!"

"Fast over night work done for a great price I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone with pump and well issues"

"the work went very well"

"This was the first time I used Home Advisor to locate a service person to cut down my dead 75ft Aleppo Pine in the backyard of my midtown rental house. I had a couple of $1200 bids from other services. One of those OTHER guys even called to tell me NOT to hire the other one because he was a heavy drinker and I "would be sorry". (This was so creepy on so many levels I'm not sure where to start!) When the B&F Landscaping bid came back at $450, I decided to give them a try. Besides the low price, the one thing that really impressed me was how well Brandon listened to and honored my requests. He was prompt in contacting me after I gave him (via email) the physical address and asked that he drive by to see the job before giving a price. I was able to call and leave a voicemail giving a detailed list of what I needed done and when he returned the call, he left a detailed voice message (as I had asked him to do) and addressed all of my questions with clear, concise answers to every one! After the job was completed, I called him and was able to use my Amex card to pay him over the phone and get an invoice/receipt for my taxes! My tenants also reported how nice, prompt and professional they were at the actual job site. I have another rental w/a picky HOA (a 1 inch weed gets a $45 fine! Geez.) and I'm hoping I can hire B and F Landscaping to do a quick upkeep service 2 x a month at that property. (I am not sure they offer this service but I sure hope so!) I wish all the service people I need to hire were as conscientious, courteous, thorough and well-priced as B and F Landscaping. I do most of my own home-owning work but this tree was way too big for any of the tools I own. B and F to the rescue! (And no, I'm not related to anyone who works there!)"

"Repair went well, replaced washer ring . During inspection Curtis recommended replacing gate isolation valve with a ball valve, doing so now eliminated mobilization charges if it was done on a later callout"

"I have very hard water until Woods plumbing came out installed a North Star water softening system for me. Showed up on time, gave me an upfront price and installed a great system. The work area was cleaned up perfect. I will recommend them to any one that needs plumbing work"
