"I recently had a new water heater installed by Monster Plumbing, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was highly professional, arriving on time and with a clear plan for the installation. They took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions, ensuring I understood the features and maintenance of the new unit. The installation itself was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to my home. They also left the work area spotless, demonstrating a high level of care and attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the quality of both the product and the service. I highly recommend Monster Plumbing for anyone in need of a reliable and skilled water heater installation."

"It went very well. They came on a short notice, they are efficient and they explained everything to me. Also they cleaned up everything."

"Expert Plumbing arrived on time. The tech was courteous and kept me informed about the job at hand as he worked. Chandler S. noticed the other (still functioning) shut-off valve was just as corroded and replaced as well at no cost! He did a great job installing the faucet, and went the extra mile working around an pre-existing installation issue. Chandler S. offered a heads up on a toilet issue we weren't aware of and answered our many questions then, and throughout the job. We were able to use a coupon with them, which was accepted with no problem at all. I would definitely recommend this company, and especially the plumbing tech, Chandler S.. I plan on using them again."
