"Very helpful and was quick to respond when our pipe busted. I appreciate it a ton!"

"They provided a time frame of when they would be able to perform my septic tank clean out. Their service person called when they were on the way. He easily completed his job task with a pleasant easy going professional attitude. I’ll be calling them back the next time I need my septic tank serviced for sure."

"10/10 would recommend. Bryan is professional, knowledgeable and maintains excellent communication with his customers. We had an incredible experience working with KCS to resolve issues with our septic system that had been installed by a different company before we bought our house. Due to our budget and the nature of our septic problems, we had the work on our system done in two phases, and from the first time he came to our house 9 months ago, through the completion of all the work we needed to get the system functioning correctly this week, Bryan was so helpful. He made us feel comfortable as we dealt with an unfortunate situation. He and his team excavated and reset our pump tank, completely redid the manifolds for our drip fields and corrected several other issues with the pipes going into and out of the septic tank. He is an expert in his field and never hesitated to share his knowledge with us, to answer any questions we had about the situation we were dealing with or to increase our understanding of our system. He is prompt with communication and never made us feel like we were burdening him with questions as we navigated the best way to resolve the circumstances we were working with. When he first came to our house and looked into our pump tank, his knowledge and experience allowed him to accurately predict what sort of issues we’d find throughout the rest of our septic system. His estimates regarding the cost of work needed also proved to be accurate and fair. The crews that he had out for each of our jobs were professional and worked quickly to get the jobs done well. After 4 years of battling a faulty system plagued by issues, we finally feel at ease and confident that we have a quality system that has been installed correctly. I’ll recommend Bryan and KCS to anyone I know that is need of septic work."

"Terrific is an understatement! After being told by my HVAC company that they could not install a new hot water heater for 3 days, TJ at Metro Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water before guests arrived the following day. He tracked down the unit we wanted, came to the house on a Saturday and he and his associate worked in tight quarters to the get the unit installed. It is no wonder he has been in business for 15 years! If you want a job done well at a fair price, I highly recommend KC Metro Plumbing! Thank you, TJ!"

"Our water stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Allen at Aqua services. He was here by 930 had the problem diagnosed and has they new well pump installed and has our water up and running again by noon! They were fast and amazing to work with. Thank you again!"

"Our Project was a hillside driveway section tear out and re-pour NOT a basic flat slab. OLD driveway section (+/-20&; x 20) had been improperly engineered. The old slab basically formed an angle ('V') in the middle falling to a drain from the garage on one side and from the hillside on the other. The angle would not allow new 'low bumper' cars to enter the garage without scraping. Cars don't bend in the middle! The Blankenship Team assessed the situation and came up with a solution to pour a re-engineered gradual sloping hillside slab with a new drain system that, in essence, flattened; the hillside section allowing the lowest of cars to enter the garage worry free! The Team was very professional and interacted with the us on all stage as the work progressed. They were punctual, respected the adjoining yard area (new sod), and kept the work area clean throughout the Project. The Project was executed flawlessly from start to finish. Their price was very competitive. It was a very positive experience and we're very happy with the end-product. I highly recommend Blankenship Excavating!"

"Hector was amazing from start to finish. Prompt and shows up himself to estimate the work, which was much more reasonable than the 2 other quotes we received, and does a great job through until the end. I have used him three times (for clients anbd myself) and has been consistent every time. He listens, gives quotes quickly, and schedules the repair promptly. Could not recommend more highly, he will be my sewer and septic guy for the long-term!"

"Alec and crew replaced my collapsed septic tank. He was very prompt and got out there that day to look at the issue. It was a bit of an emergency because of the huge hole that had opened up in my yard. Would recommend and will be having them back out to replace the laterals in the future"

"Prompt response to HomeAdvisor contact. Followed up on original call. Sounded knowledgeable about septic tanks."
