"Even though I was not able to use this company due to being on city water, Suzy called me immediately and helped me over the phone, recommended a plumber and even texted me his phone number. Great first impression. She is very knowledgeable in her expertise and if I were on well water, they would have all of my business. I highly recommend them. Thanks Suzy for going above and beyond what most companies would have done. You're the best!"

"We haven't had a problem since he installed the pump. Overall the project went really well! His proposal makes sense and I'm glad I went with his solution."

"I haven't been this impressed with a contractor in a long time. Josh and his crew were punctual, affordable, and completed the job on time. The attention to detail and pride in their work I witnessed is seldom seen these days. When I questioned Josh about whether he'd put some of the work in his estimate, he replied that he hadn't but did the extra because he thought it needed doing and he wanted us to be completely happy. Well he certainly earned our respect and any future business. Can't recommend them highly enough!"

"Dan was very professional! He dug out my old septic tank and installed a new tank very quickly. My home was in escrow and time was critical. He also removed a door that was not opening or closing properly, reworked the frame and reinstalled the door. He also repaired a roof leak. Very versatile, an all around good general contractor."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"I was very pleased.  I had a tree fall on one corner of  my house.  Another company that I called said that the insurance would only cover the corner that had been damaged by the tree.  However, Duraplex worked with the insurance adjuster and convinced him that there was hail damage to my roof .  Consequently, the insurance company covered the cost of replacing not only the roof on my house but the sheds as well.  I did have a problem with the roof of one the sheds because I noticed that they had missed replacing some of the boards under the roof that had been damaged by water.  I contacted the owner, he came out the next day to look at it and his crew arrived the following day to take care of it.
