"Excellent - I had initially called to have them come out to do an evaluation/estimate of our current set-up and just mentioned the pump saver over the phone since several of our neighbors wells having been having issues.  Eric and Chris were on time and brought the pump saver just in case I wanted to have it installed.  Great customer service and they answered several questions I had about softeners and our current set-up.  Eric also performed a free test of our water and priced out an alternative to our current water softener.
I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will definately be using them in the future.
