He said he could be up from Oxnard in 45 minutes which he was! He spent a while trying to unclog the pipe only to discover it was broken. He gave me an estimate and said he could come the next morning at 8:00 am to fix it. They all reconfirmed my impression of him. Martin, Efraim, and Jose all came promptly at 7:55 am and worked tirelessly to fix my pipes. The grass and dirt they had to dig up was all relplaced before they left as well as the cement they also patched up. I will recommend Martin's Rooter Service to EVERYONE I know. They were kind, courteous, professional and VERY reasonably priced after I had previously checked around before going on Homeadvisor.com.
