"I recently moved to the Covington area and had bought a beautiful home on the Bogue Falaya that hadn't been used for a couple of years. The existing well had low water pressure and was pumping dirty water. The dirty water was fouling up all my appliances and faucet traps. Using the yellow pages, I contacted two other well repair shops to fix our well problems. One would take my call and never show up and the other outfit did show up, but charged me a lot of money to fix the well and left my well in worst shape than before they started. Frustrated, I went to the HomeAdvisor site to search a good recommendation for a quality well engineering company to partner with. On Home Advisor, I found recommendations for a company called Clear Water Pump and Well and gave them a call. I had a urgent situation. I spoke to the proprietor of Clear Water, Casey Willie and described my situation as untenable. Casey took an interest and showed up at my home in 30 minutes. I found Casey Willie to be a seasoned professional and he treated us with respect. He recognized our problem was urgent, analyzed what was going on, developed a strategy, engineered a solution, reviewed costs and the solution with us, and quickly solved our water well problems in a reasonable period of time. Aside from impressing us with Clear Water's capabilities, their rates were surprisingly reasonable. If my well ever acts up again, Clear Water Pump and Well will be my first call. If you have a well problem, I recommend you give Casey a call."

They could have just came out and charged me to pump my tank out without thinking twice about it, but instead advised me on taking a different route. "in 2015, Casey Willie installed a state of the art well system for my home in Covington. We were very satisfied with the solution he created for our home. Last week, Covington experienced a historic flood and the tank for my well was knocked off its foundation and broke away from its connecting pipes. On a Sunday morning, the day the flood waters had receded, I called Casey for support. His truck had been flooded the day before and was barely working. Never the less, he drove with his truck in 2nd gear, from Folsom to my home within a hour. He also brought plumbing materials and was able to put my well system back together and had it operational within a hour. While much of Covington was just digging out from being flooded, I had clear fresh water flowing. Casey beat all possible expectations and his performance was heroic. I was impressed what an effective well man and customer service professional this dude is. Casey is not only a really all around nice guy, he is someone I enthusiastically can recommend."

I would honestly say that some of the work done was excellent, but some of it took 3 or more visits to finally get corrected and a few things still are not corrected. He is not easy to work with, hard to "pin down" on details and would not give me an exact written contract in advance. He did not supervise his work crew very well and we found after the fact that things had "walked off" from our home. I would not suggest you use him for your project or if you do be forewarned."

Mike gave me a full diagnosis of the problems along with photos and explained the issues and repair options in a way that was easy to understand and with related costs. He provided great communication to me and my tenant throughout the job, was expeditious in getting the job started/completed and even worked with a separate septic vendor to coordinate the entire job to my satisfaction. He also sent photos upon completion. In all, the work was done effectively, efficiently and I believe I also paid a fair price for the amount of work required with just about zero stress on my part.
